IT Technical Support - For USA
Working with the customers to identify issues related to their e-commerce applications, point of sale integrations, gaps or potential future needs of the customers and adding these items to our products backlog.
It requires to apply logical thought processes to troubleshot the issue. This positions offers the opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company and to quickly learn new skills. You will be required to call or email the customers to resolve the issue.
It is a home office position, Monday to Friday and Saturdays if needed.
